Executive Director

Facility was closed and license was suspended by NCDHHS after allegations of abuse, neglect, and improper operation;

oHired to get license reinstated and re-open facility;

oReviewed the violations cited in the audit performed by NCDHHS;

oCrafted a plan of correction, detailing item by item the metrics and safety measures that will be implemented to prevent infractions in the future;

oCommunicated directly with the Assistant Attorney General for the State of North Carolina in preparation for reinstatement of license;

oNegotiated fines in excess of $32K to less than $3K;

oCreated a brand new identity (From Elite Adolescent Care to YouthSpring), with new logo. Website to be unveiled late summer 2015, which will include job board with application, and @youthspring.com email system;
