Objective:

Having been in manufacturing for over 25 years, I’ve had the pleasure of achieving many of the goals that either I’ve set or have been set for me. From turning a struggling tool crib that was always “playing catch-up” with the CNC equipment into a department that was able to contribute to the set-up and even troubleshoot various production issues. As a designer at Tactair, under minimal supervision, we were able to pin point tooling issues and alleviate a bottleneck at the CNC milling centers by improving issues with fixtures that helped reduce set-up times by 30% on several production part families. Also in my most recent position as Sr. Designer at Real-Time Labs, I was blessed with enough free time to design tooling to free up manpower in the assembly area by creating holding devices to turn key, 2 man jobs, into a single man operation. I believe that given the chance I can help with your production issues. I currently reside in Shelby, North Carolina so as to be close to family and I look forward to a challenging opportunity.
