Specific Responsibilities

Make Schedule for preventive maintenance.

Troubleshooting of the daily basis faults.

Reduce the machine break down time.

Carryout the task given by the supervisor.

Check the availability of spare parts and maintain its record.

Co-ordinate with store and production team for implementation of maintenance.

Cooperate with other team member.

Maintain the repair log sheet after completing the maintenance.

Maintain and secure working tools as per standard.

Clean the work area after finishing the maintenance work.

Follow up corrective actions and implement counter measures to minimize reoccurrence of faults.

Responsible for all equipment’s and facilities breakdown corrective actions and counter measure.

Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.

Daily machine check list activity.

Discussion about plan maintenance and spare parts status with supervisor and managers.

Completion of activities as per work order

To ensure all SHE (Safety, Health and environment) activities as per HACCP & ISO 14001standards

Repairing of Spare equipment.

Follow the company hygiene standards.

Maintain the quality related and maintenance related documents.

Maintain and to ensure all the activities & smooth running of plant as per Halal & ISO 9001standards
