Ensuring that everyone on the team are giving their personal best, to help our members be their best .
Ensuring that the entire team understands the Club’s/Centres values, so that member satisfaction increases and with it the Club's bottom line.
Demonstrating a complete understanding of all Club functions that operate under the Sport banner which includes the gym, personal training, tennis, group exercise, swimming and our kids programmes.
I have become an expert in understanding the needs and requirements of our members no matter what age or ability they are to ensure an exceptional member experience.
As part of the club management team I am responsible for regular one to one meetings with the shareholders and tennis coaches,direct reports and ensuring they maximise the training opportunities available to enable them to be the best they can be.
Working closely with the Head of Digital to implement the clubs Web Strategy to ensure Banbury Tennis is able to effectively deliver against its objectives.
Identify, deliver and report on agreed key KPIs to ensure websites and programes are consistently optimised and developed in-line with insight.
Working effectively across departments, supporting and ensuring an integrated and considered approach to school and clubs content development / delivery.
Managing agency and third party service provision as well as key business partners and sponsors to effectively grow their programs and reach the level the aspire to.

I live and breathe tennis, my passion for the sport is infectious,having played at a professional level.I enjoy the performance aspect of coaching,but what i really love is getting more and more people to play, especially the ‘non-traditional’ tennis audience.
I am driven, passionate about what i do,working on my own and leading a team of coaches independently to achieve and agreed gaol
I continuously encourage my team to think outside of the box and also to get involved in coaching a range of tennis sessions including toddler tennis, Mini Tennis and other variations of social tennis.

Travelling to tournament venues to watch players and carrying out match statistics to help improve and identify areas of improvement .

Interests
I am interested in playing tennis socially, I was formerly ranked 8th in the North East of Scotland ranking.I do represent Aberdeen in the winter indoor national league and have won the north east summer leagues with various clubs in various divisions. I also love to play football. I have played in the London and Kent border amateur football league, I’m interested in music and I have also worked as a volunteer with the Aberdeen foyer active group. Helping people with special needs and individual get active within their community.
