Project title: Modeling and Analysis of Turbine Rotor

Client name: Cad Zone Solutions Limited.

Description: aim of the project is draw a Turbine rotor 3D model in CATIA V5 and analysis is done by ANSYS software.

Gas turbine Rotor is designed by taking the parameters and of the rotor.

3d model of turbine rotor is imported to ANSYS software for analysis of the rotor mainly

Structural analysis due to centrifugal forces

Thermal analysis due to high temperature of flowing fluid

Vibration analysis of rotor blade

Major project in Graduation (UG):

Project Title: Remote Operated Crane

Client Name: Arunodaya Electro Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Description: Main aim of the project is to develop the remote operated cranes for workshops.

Handling is done by microprocessor remote for operator’s safety.

Components of cranes are hoists, girders, motors, relays, and a stand for supporting the equipment.

An embedded language used for operating the mechanical components of crane.

Mini project in Graduation (UG):

Project Title : Design and manufacturing of “CYCLOIDAL GEAR BOX”

Client Name : Prakash Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd.

Description: The main aim of our project is to reduce speed with high torque.

This cycloid gear box is mainly used as a speed reducer with higher torque rotations.

In this gearbox is a set of gears are used for transmitting power from input shaft to output Design of gear box is done in CAD software and Manufacturing is done on LATHE, MILLING & CNC Machines.

Technical skills:

Trained and certified in design software: Knowledge in CatiaV5 part design, part assembly, Drafting, Generative sheet metal, Wireframe & surface. AutoCAD, AnsysV16, MS- Office tools.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) Programming languages such as LD(Ladder Diagram) & FBD (Functional Block Diagram)

Hands on Practical exposure in brands as, AB (Allen Bradley), Keyence, Omron.
