Responsibilities:
● Responsible for LTE deployment with eNodeB and Cluster level optimization
● Initial Fine parametric tuning of newly integrated LTE sites.
● Managing team of LTE Drive test engineers
● Successful completion of over 400+ Rollout sites
● LTE Analysis/Reporting (RSRP, RSRQ, RSSI, SINR, DL/UL Throughput, LTE Accessibility, LTE Mobility).
● LTE Parameters Planning PCI (Physical Cell Identity), TAC (Tracking Area Code), Ncs (cyclic shift/Neighbouring cell search) and Logical root sequence start number used to generate prach preamble, Cell Transmit Power, EnodeB ID, User Label, Cell-Label, Cell-ID etc.
● Analyze & troubleshooting of CMPAK 3G/4G new macro/micro sites, 3G/4G network performance & statistics to achieve signed target.
● Studying the state of the site, Proposing the suitable parameter changes, neighbour settings and hardware related solution to the customer to achieve KPI target.
● Understanding of UMTS counters/statistics for identifying problems in the network and possible solutions.
● Trails: CL-MIMO, RIM switch for better call setup, Inter freq trail, Timer T300, LTE-UMTS interworking thresholds trial, Small cells, LTE-Advanced trial, Timer T304, LTE Center Frequency Unification, Fast Return CSFB
KPI’s monitoring & Optimization for LTE NPM project (RRC, ERAB, CSFB, HOSR, etc.)
Troubleshooting issues like Coverage, Throughput, CSFB, IRAT redirection and Ping delay
To achieve SLA targets for LTE Drive Test and network KPI’s
Handling corporate customer complaints and proposing optimized solution
To float daily KPI report for Central & North region with KPI reasoning and proposals
Optimization and initial tuning detailed analysis of call events(Drop Call, Block Calls & HO Failure)

Performing Night activities like BSC Migrations (software up gradations), BSC Cutovers
Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming / Outgoing HO)
Post processing the log files to draft the reports and to analyze the Events (Dropped Calls, HO Failures, Blocked Calls, Bad Quality patches) and recommend the parametric changes accordingly to Plan Parameters
