•Determine labor costing on all jobs using a developed Master Base Quote Template in the areas such as SMT set-up and machine tatk times, Thru-Hole prep and insertion, Mechanical box, Functional test, Tooling Costing, etc. Part of the overall cost roll-up team before package is sent to customer.

•Operations Lead Supporting Engineer to production with solutions to mechanical assembly problems. Orchestrated multiple box build assembly processes for continuous streamline process flow to bring more efficiency in production.

•As Safety Manager I trained all employees in Right to Know to include, Emergency Action Plan, Receiving &

Discarding Hazardous Waste, Container Labeling, MSDS, Emergency Response, Hazardous Communication

Program and all Regulatory Training Requirements. Developed sites first electronic paperless MSDS system.

•Other Safety Manager Responsibilities State & Federal TURA reporting, develop biannual TURA Plans, work with DEP to maintain a VSQ, coordinate with Environmental Services for Hazardous waste pickups. Record keeper of all waste documents.
