JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES AT TATA STEEL:

Conduct induction training programs for new joinees / transferred employees on Mediclaim policies of the organization.

Handle employee complaints in an empathetic and professional manner.

Understand the internal requirements and review all the developments on different segments of policies.

Manage, prepare and assess claims and ensure that the claims are settled in accordance with policy and company guidelines.

Resolve several number of queries through mail, phone and personally (Regarding Reimbursement Claim, Cashless Claims, etc.).

Conduct feedback sessions and solve FAQs related to Mediclaim Polices quarterly.

Maintain policy records and update systematically for future references and keep all the policy holders updated on the development of the policies.

Training & Development at other project areas where Mediclaim policy is to be implemented.

Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Manage training and other activity for team motivations.
