JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-

Food Safety Management System: Implementation & Execute the FSMS system in the Plant, Develop CCP’s, PRP’s & OPRP’s through conduct Hazard analysis, Set up Operational Objectives & review periodically, Supplier approval program.

Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints

Conduct internal audit, GMP audit as per food safety requirements.

Regulatory: Product meeting FSSAI, Weight & Measures and other Regulatory Norms.

Conduction Supplier Approval / Assessment Audits as per the Company norms.

Assisting Manager QA / R&D in regards to New Product Development, Product Approvals Supplier Approval, Vendor Development, FSSAI and other International Regulations.

Responsible for the Labelling instructions as per the Regulatory Standards.

Ensuring of monitoring of online quality assisted by QC-Officers & Microbiologists in quality improvement projects and Online Quality Control.

Ensure traceability of materials and finished product is effective and the tracking can be accomplished in a timely manner. Responsible for QC microbiological aspects of GMP compliance and testing.

Provide technical support of all laboratory functions including inventory of reagents, stocking of reagents, general housecleaning, and safety.

To manage & carry out the quality assurance functions of Microbiology laboratory, CIP(CLEANING IN PLACE) Validation

Cleaning and sanitization validation, Hygiene/GMP monitoring .Ensure the conformance of raw materials, in process,finished products and environment monitoring in order to achieve the specified microbiological standards of product and standard of Hygiene & GMP.

Sensory Evaluation / Approval of Raw & Finished Products.

Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.

Conduct daily inspection of outgoing shipments for accuracy and finished goods quality.

Making decision of rejection/Acceptance of online, FG, and RM-PM.
