Reforming and steam system and all ammonia plant units

Ammonia plant consist of
Battery limit unit Methane feed gas.
Oil removal unit
Sulfer removal unit.
Reforming gas unit (Hydrogrn production unit).
Removal CO gas unit in high and low temperature axial shift reactors.
Removal CO2 gas unit (by absorption and desorption units).
Methanation gas unit.
Synthesis gas unit.
Ammonia conversion.
Refrigeration ammonia unit
Ammonia gas recovery unit
H2 gas recovery unit.
Compressor house
(Process air compressor – Co2 compressor – Synthsis gas compressor – generator- instrument air compressor) all compressors manage by steam turbine.
Water treatment plant
( pre-water treatment unit- demineralization unit- cooling water unit- waste disposal unit – ammonia cooling tower 20,000 m3/hr – urea cooling tower 10,000 m3/hr – deareation unit – water tube package boiler 166t/hr).

Job Description:
DCS operator of (steam system – front-end).
I attended several start-ups and shutdowns.
Monitoring front end and steam system during normal operation and take necessary actons during trouble shooting.
Turn-around 2007: member of front end activities.
Turn-around 2009: member of front end activities and boiling out of new W.H.B.
Turn-around 2011: member of steam system activities
Responsible for catalyst filing of (HT-shift reactor and LT-shift reactor).
