System ownership encompassed raw materials, production and packing processes. Led 3rd party inspections such as NYS, FDA, AIB, and Corporate in addition to monthly Food Safety and Regulatory Audits.

Led recovery efforts through collaborative partnership with suppliers resulting in over $350,000 restituted to facility.
