Early in my career I discovered that I had a propensity for process improvement and possessed a natural ability to lead those around me on a path to better performance. As my career has progressed, I’ve realized my passion in providing professional leadership and expertise to Sales & Marketing, customer service, operations, H.R. and A.R. projects. Summary of Qualifications

I have been successfully managing people and/or assets for most of my career. At Penco Products, a $60M manufacturing company, I was promoted through the ranks from customer service to catalogue sales coordinator, ultimately to the position of Assistant Credit Manager where I was responsible for $12-15M in A/R. I increased profitability and reduced asset risk by reducing the DSO to under 45 days, was instrumental in designing the new credit application and overhauled the new account application process by improving visibility and eliminating redundant forms and procedures.

While at Professional Pharmacy, in recognition of a medical need and economic opportunity, I successfully implemented the installation of a new line of footwear for our diabetic population. This included building the business case, performing the market analysis, acquiring and inventorying the product and accessories, placement and qualification, fitment training and continuing policy compliance.

My computer proficiencies include Microsoft Office 2013 Office Suite, MS Project and MegaStat, Oracle, Smartsheet. Currently pursuing Agile/Scrum Certification.

Project Manager 2013-Present

Capgemini Business Services Sarasota, FL

I was most recently the Project Manager for the pilot implementation of our new global CRM tool (Salesforce.com). Leading a project team of 10-12 members, I was responsible for creating and maintaining the WBS, scheduling, project documentation, recording and communicating the “lessons learned” to the global PM network.

Sales Manager/A/R Supervisor 2009

Wrightway Consulting, Inc. St. Petersburg, FL

Company providing medical equipment and supplies earning over $2M in annual sales.

Recognized and corrected procedural inefficiencies that reduced installation costs.

Collected over $10K in previously “lost” medical payments through efficient claims investigation and processing; provided direction and management of all Medicare, Medicaid and third-party billing compliance and billing.

Spearheaded the implementation of Brightree medical billing software; coordinated with key stakeholders to determine project requirements, scope and schedules; ensured timeliness and completion of the project.

During my tenure there, I was the primary impetus for introducing and implementing additional Medicare services and revenue streams.

As Service Advisor I supervised our staff of six to eight in-home service personnel through the efficient coordination of their service schedules and assignments, as well as providing excellent service through client advisement.

Client satisfaction was achieved through collaborative internal partnerships with billing, compliance, production, and sales departments.

I leveraged my industry product expertise and extensive marketing skills to develop continuing marketing and advertising campaigns; augmenting retail product selection which resulted in increased complementary sales revenues.
