I planned and energized the financial management
drivers behind the success of aggressively
competitive small and mid-size companies in
multiple industries. Through my knowledge of
business process reengineering, I applied financial
and information management tools to strengthen
corporate performance in every measurable area.
I maintained compliance with testing and internal
control-over-financial-reporting (ICFR)
requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley section 404. I
consistently improved the productivity, accuracy
and speed in processing of complex, detailed
financial documents in environments where error and
cost overruns were unacceptable.
Establishing business processes and tools critical
to strong operations and margins
Analyzing, identifying and eliminating barriers to
transparency and compliance
Designing systems that ensure conformance with
strict regulatory standards
Strengthening standard internal financial
performance accounting
Ensuring cost efficiency of information systems and
practices
I hold a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University,
and am a qualified CPA. I am known for my ability
to rapidly, accurately analyze problems and achieve
challenging goals quickly. My capacity to stay
calm, focused and effective has positioned me as
the go-to resource for the most demanding tasks.
