Around 15 years of experience in various offshore projects in shipyard & Oil and Gas Piping Construction as Supervisor/Inspector. Working in Singapore Since 2001, Jobs Performed in Shipyard, Engineering services & Piping Construction as a Supervisor/Inspector involved in the fabrication & erection of steel works both repair ships (maintenance) and new ship building including construction of oil rigs and Piping Construction. SUMMARY:

Around 15 years of experience in various offshore & onshore projects in shipyard’s (Jack up Rigs, Semi-submersible Rigs, FPSO’s and FSO) & Oil and Gas (Petrochemical Projects, Power Plants) structural, Piping Construction as Supervisor & QA/QC inspector.

Have extension practical experience with conventional welding inspections, structural & piping installation and inspection/Supervision of various kind of Modules, static equipment’s, living Quarter’s/accommodation, tanks, heavy structure, rotary equipment’s, underground and above ground piping as well.

Review and approve all technical proposals, ITP, WPS, consumable control procedure’s, repair procedures, golden weld/closer weld(tie-in) procedures, heat treatment procedure etc..,

Monitor Progression of Structural and piping fabrication and installations including pressure testing and application of painting also insulation works.

Supervision of all repair and construction work to be certain it is being done as per the plans and adheres to all specifications and codes required.

Supervision of Piping & outfitting equipment’s foundations as per the plan and adheres to all specifications and codes required.

Inspect and Supervision of piping line checks, witnessing of leak tests, reinstatement and color code.

Maintain complete and accurate records during inspections so that they can be transfer to permanent files.

Monitor repair works and surveillance check to prevent malpractice in NDT activities.

Interpret and evaluate NDT result (RT, UT,PT,MT, PMI,FN,HT&PWHT) as per applicable construction codes

Good exposure with hands on experience in Supervision, Welding Inspection, Piping Inspection and Structural inspection.
