> Job Responsibilities in detail-:

Responsibility as Fabric QC :-

*Ensure the following Fabric following defect's;

1. To make the Shade card for bulk fabric & follow the approval with Merchandiser.

2. With in roll shade Black & White (9 point system).

3. Dye patches & Crease mark.

4. Odour (Bad smell).

5. Mis Printing or Miss sequence or Mis repeats.

*Ensure the fabric width as per mention of Actual fabric width.

*Fabric should be classified as a 1st or 2nd or Reject class as per the 4-point inspection report with identification of card also (Green, Yellow & Red).

*To find out the Fabric defect in Percentage.

*Keep record for Fabric Testing report from vendor & Do Internal shrinkage.

*To define the Fabric face side or back side & it's one way or Double way.

*To mention the fabric card the relaxation start time & end time depending up on the fabric.

Record's to keep-:

*Fabric report-4point report.

*Shrinkage report.

*Approved Bulk fabric Shade card.

Responsibility as Cutting QC :-

Regular Work:-

Any Fabric received from Fabric section to cutting should be collect the report for following thing's from Fabric Qc;

*Shade Approved, No. Of shades, Approved shade are within family for bulk lot, For small lot only ensure the shade approved.

*Testing approved by external & internal shrinkage %.

*Fabric Direction it's one way or 2 way (Face & Back; Face should put the sticker).

*Quality of the Fabric, no. of point's & % Fabric removed before start layering to replace the fabric defect.

*Ensure the Fabric should come to cutting one by one shade if Bulk lot.

1.Layering inspection:-

*Check the Fabric width as per Marker planning.

*In one lay should be do the one kind of shade.

*Lay should be ensure the uniformity (With out Crease & with out stretched).

*No. Of lay ensure as per the standard for different kind of Fabric Type.

*Before start cutting the Marking of pattern or Marker sheet should check & sig by Cutting qc.

In panel -checking randomly check & ensure the pass panel as per quality standard.

In panel -checking randomly check & ensure the Reject panel as per Rejection standard.

2.Cut-panel Auditing:-

For each Bundle check the 3 panel (Top, Middle & Bottom) along with Approved Pattern. In these Bundle auditing should be ensure the Following thing's;

*Size should be ensuring along with pattern or marking Length & width.

*Shade should be checking the all part's with same numbering.

*All part's should ensure the no asymmetric.

*Ensure No Fabric defect's on that bundle.

3.Fushing calibration & Quality auditing:-

*If interlining anything there we need to follow these report.

Every day 2 time should be check the Following thing's;

*Timing,

*Pressure,

*Temperature,

*Ensure the fused panel compare with sample Panel.

*Cutting QC- independent to control the Panel -checker.

New style:-

*When we received the new pattern should be check the following thing's:

1.All part pattern,

2. Cross check the pattern number with approved garment.

3. Seam allowance mention in the pattern.

4. Style number, Style description, Part name, and Pattern master signature & Grain line.

5. Grading as per the Measurement chart.

6. Should be checking the All sizes as per the p.o.sheet.

*When pattern is approved after the size set pattern s/be sealed & Take marker planning should ensure the following thing's:-

1. Ensure the all parts & all sizes.

2. Pattern not on selvedge minimum 2cm from selvedge.

3. Grain line should be ensuring as per the pattern.

4. Ensure Pattern to pattern min 2 mm gap for Blade movement.

5. Ensure the fabric is one way or double way.

Record's to Keep for Cutting QC :-

*Lay inspection Report.

*Bundle auditing Report.

Job Responsibility as Sewing -QC :-

*To reduce & Maintain the Sewing DHU% below 3%.

*To Train the Tailor's & Sewing supervisor in Quality way of working.

*Keep the sewing line in less WIP & Way of handling the garment in Quality manner.

Daily Work:-

1. Ensure the running production sample hang on the sewing floor with Final measurement chart & P.P.Meeting comment's.

2. Mock-up for Critical Operation with mention of S.P.I, Needle size, Type of Pressure foot & Special instruction.

3. To ensure, Keep the fabric waste below the needle plate in each sewing when the tailor has complete the work & cover the machine also.

4. Follow The Critical checker & End-line checker report to find out of which operation rework is more.

5. To make the meeting with tailor's to prevent the re-work % on daily bas.

New Style:-

1. To Study the Tech file on deeply & study the sample(SMS) Quality comment's.

2. Note out the problem during the internal P.P.Sample time/Size-set.

3. To attend the P.P.Meeting & Find out the issues during the internal P.P.Sample following time & clear out.

4. To declare the Critical operation during the P.P.Meeting time.

5. To Make the meeting during line setting time with tailors what we are discussed in P.P.Meeting & Follow that comment's.

Records keep for Sewing QC :-

*Critical checker Report.

*Hourly Tailor's analysisation Report.

*If need to Implement the new System or altered the old system.

*Need Factory-Planning for Style Vice.

*Analysis the report last season final failure% & Provide to Q.A.Manager & Top Management.

New-style:-

*Need to ensure & Guide P.P.Sample planning for Factory.

*Follow the P.P.Sample Review the Sampling Team.

*Ensure the P.P.Sample & Tech pack, Pattern, etc., are Correct before make the P.P.Meeting.

*Make the P.P.Meeting with all information to provide the clearance for them work easy.

*Ensure the Store (Fabric/Trim's) need to Approved Trim Card & Make them Factory people to follow the Fabric swatch card in Layering Section.

*Make them Factory people to ensure the Trim's before issue the Trim's to Sewing & Finishing.

*Make the Factory People Practice for all Color Thread Approval include Contrast & Button Thread.

*Make them Factory people for Practice before start Bulk Packing Take the Packing approval From Merchandiser for Group-Vice.

For Daily Activities:-

*Collect the production report from unit & analysis the report as your quality record.

*Do the AQL -Auditing on daily base as per AQ Level of Critical -0, Major -2.5 &Minor 4.0.

*Keep the summary record for style vice AQL -Pass pcs tally with Packed Qty.

*Ensure the ironing pieces are passed by AQL-auditing.

*Do the Final inspection at 100% on the AQL Level of Critical-0, Major-1.5 & Minor -2.5.

*Give the reporting to AQL & Final inspection report hand over to Q.A Manager.

*If giving the partial qty before do the auditing confirm with Q.A.Manager.

*If approved the partial qty & Auditing also pass release the qty on that day.

*Ensure the shipment is going after the Final inspection Passed.

*Train the supplier in Quality orient of working.
