Under the supervision of the HR Head, the position is responsible for the facilitation and coordination of training and development program of RD Corporation and its affiliate companies and subsidiaries all ovwer thew world. Coordinates with HR Heads in establishing corporate strategic t raining and organizational Development plan to meet personal, professional and organizational needs of the employees across the different business units of the company:
-Reviews modules and training program content for each training activity. Review and recommend training consultants best appropriate for the approved training module.
-Assists the HR Head and Training consultants in conducting trainings and ensures presence in all the training activities at all times. Conducts house rules and related instructions at the beginning of the activity, and ensure attendance of participants are documented and listed in the attendance record.
-Administers post training activities such as training evaluation, review of training ROI after a prescribed period, facilitate training follow up, review training evaluation ratings, recommend post training inputs for implementation, accounting of training materials and equipment after the conduct of training, safekeeping of training materials and equipment during non-conduct of training.
-Manages approved budget allocation for the training activities and ensure that all training related expenses are within the approved budget.
-Coordinates all aspects of training activities: carry out synchronization of training schedules, consultants’ schedule, venue facilities, training facilities, materials, equipment, participants, and all details related to the conduct of any training activity.
-Conduct a group wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) on all RD companies, recommend appropriate training programs and follow up programs.
-Assist with the HR Heads in reviewing, recommending, and facilitating the training needs of key officers identified for succession and in monitoring the training and developmental programs for their career pathing.
-Coordinate with the Head of RDFG Training Center and various heads of RD Fishing in implementing technical trainings for vessel crew and operations and engineering employees, as well as in providing assistance in all aspects of training for the Center.
-Conduct training and orientation as required. Trainings to be handled are minor trainings lasting not more than 4 hours.
