PROJECTS
Automobile windshield wiper mechanism: Single wiper of new Mercedes by using ADAMS- WSU, Wichita, KS
Tools used: CATIA V5 R20, MSc Adams.
The main objective of the project was to design Mono wind shield wiper ton increase the geometrical area. Single wiper is utilized by Mercedes Benz as a remarkable style. This was initially proposed by Mercedes and they have exploit single connection wiper arm to increase geometrical criteria which a substantial wipe territory is accomplished.
It is utilized to clean the superfluous components that make diversion the driver. The outline of wiper is verging on like the prior wipers with a couple changes yet the way accomplished is of W shape. The wiper a solitary wiper stretches out outward to get closer to the top corners, and pulls in at the closures and center of the stroke, clearing out a to some degree 'W'- formed way. These wipers are additionally productive as it doesn't leave any indication of dust or water or snow.
We might need to outline the system in a couple programming's and we incorporate the outcome sets, diagrams and designing the model by using ADAMS.
Design of Rope Making Mechanism using CATIA – WSU, Wichita, KS
Tools used: CATIA V5 R20.
The mechanism that we have designed will help the people who waste their energy, effort and time on constructing a rope. In this project we did a mechanism for rope making where a series of ropes can be made very easily without much human effort and time. In our design we use a frame as our body and sprockets as the wheels that rotate 3600 and hooks for holding the individual fibers. A prototype was designed using design software CATIA V5. Fabrication of an Eco-Friendly mechanism at a very low cost. Design was fabricated using the scrap sprockets of a bicycle, and easily available wood.
