Responsible for all operations for the Taylor warehouse, which includes and not limited to, all payroll, hourly and both union and non-union employees. Directly supervised District Managers, warehouse loaders, drivers, coverage employees, and mechanics totally 50+ employees. Supervised and trained personnel to improve the Depot’s safety rating from one of the lowest in the country to the top safety performer in both the state and Mid-West Region. Managed three facility personnel for scheduling union vacation time, days off and coverage.
