Clinical Expertise

• Being Internist, my responsibilities include taking care of patients having medical problems, to recognize the early signs of deterioration, immediate care plan and communication with other specialties as needed. Routine cases include sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, renal failure, myocardial infarction, hypertensive emergencies, stroke, cardiac failure, pneumonia, peptic ulcer disease, epilepsy, cirrhosis etc.

• During internal medicine training tenure, I was one on third rota for call including A&E, Coronary Care Unit, Liver ITC and in-patient as well as outpatient departments. During the training, I worked rotationally in ICU, coronary care, hepatology, gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonology, nephrology, rheumatology, endocrinology, infectious diseases and giateric medicine

• Working as Emergency Physician, am able to diagnose the cases that present with medical emergencies and general patients. Excellent in handling medical emergencies including acute myocardial infarction, severe asthma/COPD, status epilepticus, choking, cardiac arrest etc and expert in emergency room procedures like CPR, emergency intubation, IV access and use of high alert medications etc.

• Working as Intensivist (ICU Physician), can take care of critically ill ICU patients. Excellent in ICU procedures like mechanical ventilation, endotracheal intubation and central line placement and management of infectious cases with barrier precautions

• Certified ACLS & BLS provider
