Job Description:

Technical lead for completion of day to day work and solve immediately the unexpected problems at site.

Inspecting sleeper replacement, Rail Replacement, Welding at viaduct, grate, tunnel, depot, turnouts and double cross over.

Liaise with Clients,Contractors and strong coordination with Project team.

Preparation of detailed plan for staff management, labour management, bulk materials procurement, Tools and plants requirement, consumable planning and site delivery.

Reporting to improve quality work and also Instructing corrective solution in abnormal situation.

Conducting daily work program and safety in tool box meeting to fellow workers

3rd rail Inspection-Horizontal, vertical distance, sagging, bracket installation defects, high speed ramp, low speed ramp measurements.

Consultation for Method Statements as per the Construction Methodology and Standard application and follow the same sequences at site.

Monitoring the contractual obligations and conditions to ensure compliance during execution.

Monthly updating the construction programme with site progress and preparing necessary mitigation/recovery plans.

Job Description:

Supervision of Track construction and commissioning – At Grate, Viaduct, Tunnel, Depot, Turnouts & Double Crossovers.

Rail Destressing –on Viaducts & at Grade – (Natural Destressing/tensor destressing).

Monitoring and Control of Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Testing – Full Weld Profile. Monitoring Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) on Treated Rail Welded Profile.

Tunnelling activity- Managed and supervised from Excavation (Blasting/Boring/Drilling) using EPB technology & Slurry TBM,feasibility, design, analysis towards total completion of tunnel structure.

Training of newly joined staff for strong understanding of Quality, Process of railway construction methodologist.

Ballasting--Supervising ballasting using ballast box & compaction work by compactor.

Depot Work-- Planning and execution for installation of turn outs and Special track features at Depot
