Duties:

Managed 28 units

* Collect rent, Inspects property common area, apartment units and grounds on a regular basis.

* Show vacant units to prospect clients, advertises leases to ensure vacancies are all occupied within a

timely manner. Keeps log of all potential clients, conducts interviews, and schedules appointments.

* Maintains tenant work orders requests/complaints logs and ensures that responses in a timely fashion

* Manages facilities vendors, tracks maintenance issues and ensures that repairs are made in a timely

manner. In addition, conducts thorough on-site inspections of properties.

* Cleaned all Vacant Apartment- Paint, repairs, pick up appliances and installing, plumbing, all needed to

make unit ready to rent.-(Hired as a couple- will attach Resume)

* Prepares periodic inventory of building contents and property conditions, and forwards listing to owners.

* Conducts follow-up activity as needed with new and current residents in order to establish and

maintain positive resident relations, went through lease, walk through and handed them keys

* Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well maintained community

* Ensures security deposit dispositions are prepared in a consistent manner immediately after

move-in/ move out, time being of the essence. Collect deposits, fill out lease with new tenants, handles

move in/move out walk through.
