Designed weld schedules (Resistance), equipment, and manufacturing procedures with Dr. David Ziegler, Chief Research Engineer for General Motors Corporation (Warren, MI); Dr. Michael Killian, Chief Corporate Welding Engineer, Eaton Corporation (Worldwide); Mr. Gordon Wildridge, Chief Mfg. Eng. Martin-Marietta; Mr. Eric Peterson, Chief Welding Eng., John Deere (Des Moines, IA); along with other individuals with various accreditations.

Lectured on welding with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers during 1993-1994, traveling throughout the United States. In 1993 engagements included: Chair Person and Chief Speaker on resistance welding at FabTech International Convention held at the Rosemont Convention Center in Chicago, IL. Established a joint venture between Alstom and Kalenborn Technologies LLC for manufacturing of proprietary components for the power industry.
