Work Experience
Project #1: Designing the small office network for Avaya Technologies. This project was aimed for the process of designing a network for an independent branch office. Our aim is to design and build the best network with the highest degree of functionality at the lowest reasonable cost.
Role: I worked as independent consultant and am responsible for configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches and VLANS and worked with a 5 member team.

Project#2: NMS Tool for network monitoring for Redknee Technologies. As there is huge number of customers and manually checking for different tasks like utilization, ER generating at regular intervals and to monitor continuously was a nightmare to NOC, NMS Tool was used for the NOC that made manual tasks fully automatized.
Role: I worked as independent consultant and developed the script on customer nodes using shell scripting to minimize the customer nodes and automated the whole process.

Project#3: CDMA Cell Planning and Call Processing for RELIANCE INFOCOM.
This project mainly consists of two parts - cell planning and call processing in CDMA. Cell planning covers the reasons for selecting a desired location for setting up an antenna and Call processing takes care of call request handling and call handover at peak hours and at non-peak hours.

I achieved maintaining close to 1% call drop/call handover. As part of working for the company, I also designed cell planning with reliance planning software if any major issues with certain area and install antennas to avoid any call drops.
