Main Responsibilities:

Perform requirement gathering & analysis by actively soliciting, analyzing and negotiating customer requirements and prepare the requirements specification document for the application using MS Word.

Interact with the Users, Developers, Project Manager and contemporaries to get a better understanding of the Business Processes

Create tasks in Rally for the user stories defined after requirement analysis

AA Ventana Support

Ventana is a loyalty program by American Airlines which makes use of Siebel Loyalty module for handling the customer loyalty data. The data includes all the travel data of each member of the American Airlines loyalty system which is used by the representatives of American airlines customer service.

AA Ventana Single Frequent-Flyer Program

AA Ventana Single FFP is a single loyalty program after the US Airways and American Airlines merger, which merged all the loyalty data of both the airlines into a single one, so the common members in both the airlines are merged into one.

AA Ventana Project Star

The project involves the expansion of the old distance based loyalty system to the new revenue based loyalty system so that the member will be benefited more. So the new system will work in both the types of loyalty system. And also the project includes the addition of new currency type or a new level for the members.
