Responsible for providing overall HR support so that the company maximizes its employee productivity and well-being. Working in Attock Refinery Ltd. (Petroleum Refinery of an international repute) as Senior Executive in HR & Admin Department (Head of Department), since taking my start from April 2002, I am exposed to the Different assignments of HR, Admin, Budgeting and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Responsibilities
Initiate Annual Appraisals for annual increment and promotion of the staff working under my office.
To initiate disciplinary action, if any, against the staff reporting to him under intimation to his Section Head
Budgeting and procurement of vehicles, office equipment’s and furniture for entire company...
Supervision and maintenance of pool and allocated vehicles and keeping liaison with the WTH (Workshop) and insurance organization...
Supervising Fuel Management System (part of ERP system)
