This is a high volume fast paced position that requires identifying and defining the hiring needs for every client by collaborating with Hiring Managers, HR Teams, Talent Recruiting Managers and Senior Department Leads in order to ensure everyone is identifying and attracting a high qualified pool of qualified, ambitious, “Ready-to-Be-Scheduled” candidates. Maintaining a pipeline full of Candidates with a wide variety of experience from entry level up through to Management in preparation to meet the needs of all Business Clients offering employment opportunities for Candidates at every level and from all types of Industries.

I am responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for exempt and non-exempt candidates with MGS's clients. Recruiting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, and insuring the hiring manager receives the best of the best available. As a “Specialist”, I coach and mentor new Recruiters and help the teams meet deadlines by jumping in and completing the projects assigned by coaching and assisting with the development of Delivery Consultants and Delivery Coordinators. Required Knowledge:

To be a professional in this industry there are certain things that must be accomplished, daily, weekly, etc. You must be able to work under a great amount of pressure and be a professional that can get the job done without a “baby-sitter”.

•The daily use of Behavioral Based Interview techniques in screening and qualifying applicants, such as pre-screen, test, and qualify applicants through the use of qualifying interviewing techniques by using open ended questions, role play and skill assessment testing.

•Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis.
