Job description and activities:

As a Service engineer:

Commissioning/Installation of machines local and overseas.

Training of customer’s technical staff on basic and advance operation and maintenance.

Providing after sales support such as troubleshooting, modification and software upgrade.

Modify and improve machine user manual.

Recommend parts and procedure on preventive maintenance.

As a Sales Engineer:

Set appointments to existing and potential customers (domestic/international) for machine introduction and other technical inquiries.

Make presentation to customers for product introduction.

Follow up customers for machine status, future machine orders and spare parts requirements.

Provide quotations for the parts inquiries.

Coordinate with overseas sales agents regarding machine sales and technical inquiries to create wide market opportunities.
