Sr. Principal, Information Technology; BAE Systems (May 2006 - Present) Responsible for oversight and management of all CIO competencies supporting an 8000 member business unit. Competencies include strategic planning, enterprise architecture, investment planning, project management; Network infrastructure and service delivery among others.

Significant Achievements

Implemented the COBIT IT governance framework to better manage the IT Enterprise, creating value and reducing risk within all aspects of Corporate IT.

Management/ Oversight responsibility for all IT projects, annual project budget is in excess of $25 Million. Over 90% of all projects completed on time, within scope and at or below budget.

Developed the Information Technology project tracking and reporting system for the Enterprise. Systems allows managers to proactively manage project life cycle.

Successfully managed the IT Budget for the Business Sector which exceeds $43 million. Provided cost savings, $8 million, to the annual IT budget through rigorous reviews and savings initiatives.

Managed the Mobile Communications budget, realized a cost savings in excess of

$1 million over the fiscal year.

As the Portfolio and Investment Manager, instituted a Capital Planning and Investment Control process to better manage the IT Budget for Enterprise BAE Systems, awarded BAE Systems Inc. Bronze Award for the initiative.
