Significant Achievements
Implemented the COBIT IT governance framework to better manage the IT Enterprise, creating value and reducing risk within all aspects of Corporate IT.
Management/ Oversight responsibility for all IT projects, annual project budget is in excess of $25 Million. Over 90% of all projects completed on time, within scope and at or below budget.
Developed the Information Technology project tracking and reporting system for the Enterprise. Systems allows managers to proactively manage project life cycle.
Successfully managed the IT Budget for the Business Sector which exceeds $43 million. Provided cost savings, $8 million, to the annual IT budget through rigorous reviews and savings initiatives.
Managed the Mobile Communications budget, realized a cost savings in excess of

Responsible for creating and submitting Exhibit 300s (Business Cases for major federal acquisitions), all were approved by OMB to be fully funded, budgeted in excess of $50 million.
Initiated a “Total Cost of Ownership” review for Service Desk operations. Study indicated substantial savings when implemented. Consolidation of service desks was initiated where benefit opportunity was identified, saving more than $10 M.
