JCB introduced Backhoe Loaders in India over 35 years ago and has since expanded its product range to 48 models in eight product categories including Tracked Excavators, Wheeled Loaders, Compactors, Skid Steer Loaders, Telehandlers, Diesel Engines and Diesel Generators.

Responsibilities:

Production Planning: Converted marketing forecasts & customer requirements of various product variants (product mix) into daily/weekly/monthly production plans with forthcoming constraints along with action/recovery plan.

Material Planning: Extracted material requirement plan from production plan. Prepare weekly/monthly shortage monitoring sheets using MRP.

Monitored inventory stock levels on a weekly basis to resolve stockouts, low inventory and excess stock levels for assigned product lines.

Annual and monthly Inventory Reconciliation at various stages i.e Raw Materials/Work in Progress (WIP)/Finished Goods. Action plan to resolve inventory discrepancies.
