Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Converted marketing forecasts & customer requirements of various product variants (product mix) into daily/weekly/monthly production plans with forthcoming constraints along with action/recovery plan.
Material Planning: Extracted material requirement plan from production plan. Prepare weekly/monthly shortage monitoring sheets using MRP.
Monitored inventory stock levels on a weekly basis to resolve stockouts, low inventory and excess stock levels for assigned product lines.
