The objective of this project is to develop a centralized information system that deals recruitment, placement, performance, evaluation and career development of the firm's employees including their personnel record keeping to provide the required data to the management .I was responsible for programming and testing the system to meet the needs of client requirement and provide technology support. We had to generate a personal information system that collects, process, stores and distributes information of the firm’s employee who is distinguished by their personal number.

Human Resource Information Area (HRIA) - HRIA is a project containing various modules related to generate payroll of the TISCO employee’s running on the mainframe system in ITS, software division of TISCO .The projects also aims at providing the information to the business users and management based on their requirement .Objective of the project is to provide application maintenance, enhancement and support for the production system. This includes responding to the request that are raised by the HRIA operations group and also by the business users.

Screen Displays - To develop a screen displays of the existing modules which provides options DISPLAY, INSERT,

MODIFY, DELETE, REFRESH AND EXIT for the online transaction between application and users. It is an interface between the application program and the terminal so that user can directly insert a data, modify a data or delete a data from the database. Before that for retrieving any data or inserting any data or update any data in database one has to raise a SQL query in db2 but the CICS screen displays provide online transactions.
