Conduct Daily site walkthrough and inspections.

Report on a tracking sheet all Non Conformance & Observations.

Report all unsafe conditions/ practice and recommend corrective actions to be taken

Liaise with the consultant site safety representative and other plant concern authorities or contractor on work related safety requirements on site.

Assist the site Safety Manager in carrying out his duties and responsibilities.

Monitor Sub. Contractors HSE staff performance on site.

Implement safety programs of client.

Design and install different kind of safety signs (i.e. informative, directional, precautionary, regulatory and others).

Ensure that first aid facilities are available on site.

Maintain good housekeeping all over the site.

Monitoring of issued permits to work.

Make tool box talks/safety orientation as per schedule.

Make weekly and Monthly HSE Statistical Report for the project.

Carry out daily, weekly, monthly audits and inspections to all safety equipment, storage areas, warehouses and site workplaces.

Conduct full investigation on accident/incident including near-misses and determine probable causes and enforce appropriate permanent preventive measures.

Supervise and evaluate emergency drills on site.

Conduct the road diversions as to the plan of project client.
