(August 1999-2004) Sample whole and nonfat, dry milk and butter for official testing; prepare samples and paper work required for laboratory analysis; apply the U.S. Standard for butter on both Grade Label print butter and bulk butter for commercial sales; apply the applicable instructions (DA 918-I) for generation random sampling; determine net weight and establish tare weights; perform inspections on conditions of containers.
