Roles And Resposibility

Unit ASU & TURBO EXPANDER: Job start with PTW SYSTEM.

Compressor House DE & NDE side instrument related job like removing and re-installed Temperature sensors, Vibration sensors, as per ILD Details connection done in Junction box and loop checked done, in vibration sensors new installed Loop checked done. Unit related process transmitter calibration done.During Rotating Equipment supports to vendor and operators start up unit.

2. Position Hold: Instrument Technician

( From 10th November 2014 to 15th Feb 2016)

With A-Z Instruments Services under ONGC petro additions Limited in

Dahej at Gujarat.

The complex mother dual feed cracker with a capacity to produce 1100 KTPA Ethylene, 400 KTPA Propylene along with Polymerizations Units and various associated units consisting of Pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit, Butadiene and Benzene Extraction UNIT. The Polymer plants of opal has 2x360 KTPA of LLDPE/HDPE Swing unit,1x340 KTPA of Dedicated HDPE and 1X340 KTPA of PP.

Roles And Resposibility

Familiar with Instrument Drawing, Instrument Calibration (HART/SMART/ANOLOG/DIGITAL&LOCAL FIELD type), loop checking, loop filling of calibration & loop checking sheets, and Calibration of Control Valve, Pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Flow transmitters, level transmitters, vibration sensors.

Pre-commissioning, commissioning start up plant & Maintenance of All Process Instrument.

3. Position Hold: Instrument Technician

(From September 2008 to June 2014)

With GALFAR Engineering & Contracting S.A.O.G under M/S Petrofac Engineering & Construction / Petroleum Development of Oman in HARWEEL Cluster Phase II Facilities Project, Sultanate Of Oman.

Roles And Resposibility

Preparation of JSA and Method of work for the nature of work to performed.

Involved in Loop Folder Preparation, reviewing and Mark up of various documents such as ILD, P&ID, MC and Cable termination schedule.

Preparation & Reviewing of drawings/documents like, Instrument index, I/O list, Loop diagrams, Cable tray layout, Cable schedule, Hook up.

Maintain Engineering standard and Specification related to Instrumentation.

Installation of fire & Gas detection system and process analyzer.

Pre-commissioning, commissioning start up plant & Maintenance of All Process Instrument.

Installation of PLC HIMA,Emerson Delta V 9.3 DCS in Control Rooms.

Calibration & Final Inspection of All Process Instrument using Beamex mc5 - is multifuctoin Calibrator,Druck Dpi 620 - is,HART Communicator (275, 375, 475 ),Pr. Calibrator (Druck DPI 610 IS, Scandura B20,Fluke 718 Ex 100 G ),Temp.Calibrator (Druck DBC 650,Unomat TRX – IC – m.A. Source),Loop Calibrator ( Fluke 707 Ex ma calibratore, Druck Unomat UPS-II), Fluke Master Equipment.

Loop Check & Calibration of Flow Line Instrument & Well Head control Panel (Wilmax), IPF Valves, Chock Valves.

Visual Inspection,Simulation & Loop Checking with use of Foundation Fieldbus (Emerson DCS) & HART (Emerson DCS & HIMA PLC) System like.

1.Various Types of Flow Meter (Magnetic–Rosemount 8705,3051,2088),

Micromotion CMF-010,100,200,300 (1700 & 2700) Yokogawa (EJA 110A,

530A), Honeywell.

2.Level Transmitter (Radar – Rosemount 5300, Magnetrol – X705-520A-C11 ), (Ultrasonic – Rosemount 3100), Capacitance Type, Leveltroll (Fisher Make), LT Displacer (Magntrol Make).

3.Transimitters,PT,FT,LT (Rosemount 3051 Series),Temp.Transmitters (Rosemonunt 644,3144).

4.Installation and alignment of Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring System (3500,3300 XL Series), Proximitor Type Sensors.

5.Calibration and loop checking of defferent types of Valves Like Control Valves (Fisher DVC Fieldvue SMART Make 6000 Series, Misoaneilian & SAMSON Control valve & ND 9000 VALVE CONTROLLER-METSO), On-Off Valve (Bittis Make, Biffi Make), MOV (Rotork & Tyco Make).

6.Commissioning of Building Fire & Gas System like Audible Hazard Alarm (Federal), Flashing Beacon, Break Glass Unit (MEDC, Thorn Security Ltd, 5M87DG), Flame Detector (Sira 030-6004), H2S Detector (Drager, Zaraba, Polytron 2XP), Smoke Detector & Heat Detector.

4. Position Hold : Instrument Technician

With ESSAR Oil LTD. Jamnagar (Vadinaar), Gujarat, India.

(From Sept. 2006 to Sept. 2008)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Calibration & Loop Checking of LT, PT, TT, FT, CV, MOV, SOV, Fire & Gas System.
