Within a controlled substance area, collect different amounts of (filled) syringes/blistered syringes (without needles) from the line each hour. Inspect syringes for bubbles and other deficiencies (glass quality, label/print quality/accuracy, moisture inside syringe) inspect and scan blisters and package labels for print quality and information accuracy. Perform a blister thickness check, a computerized blister peel test, and syringe pull test. Perform a blister burst test on a Lippke Model 4000 machine, and a blister seal width test using a Mitutoyo Absolute Gage . Operate de-nesting machine, continuously loading trays of 100 filled syringes manually into the machine. Trays are retrieved manually from pallets of (200ct) filled trays of syringes, per ticket/ lot/ batch.

(RE-WORKER)Retrieve a package from pallet. Unpack cartons from package, unpack inhalers from cartons. Re-label cartons, place inhalers and cartons on each side of table top conveyor belt. Re-label inhalers, inspect, insert inhalers into cartons, inspect cartons, inspect 24 cartons while placing into package, insert package into tape machine, retrieve as it exit and place orderly on a pallet (Rotate each position with 13 team mates every 2 hours) (LINE OPERATOR) Load stacks of cartons into a small print stamping machine, as they come out inspect print (100%) load into container. From this container, 200% inspect cartons print and load into another container. Insert inhalers into cartons traveling through a large production machine. Package 24 cartons of inhalers as they exit machine. Feed package through a tape machine. Place a label on package and palletize it orderly on a pallet.

Tire Transporter Jan. 2013 – Feb. 2013
•Drove a hauling style cart to transport racks of tires from 11 manufacturing machines to the doper machine, where the tires are sprayed with silicone. Remove full racks of green tires from tire assembly machines (TAMs) and tug to green tire inventory (GTI)/doper machines as required. Tug empty racks from empty rack staging to TAMs in a timely fashion as required keeping TAMs running.

•Deposited powder like substance into a large stainless steel bowl on wheels and inserted bowl into granulation machine
•Keyed specified (granulation and glucose) settings into machines, start, monitor machines SAP module and document granulation readings every 30 minutes during a 2 hour granulation process. Retrieved bowl when finished and collect a small sample for an LOD scale check to ensure results of granulated product are within documented specifications

•Started, monitored, and performed troubleshooting on 9 loop style machines transporting bottles through the machines from bottom conveyor to a top belt & on to the warehouse
•(IPQA)Performed in-process check on machines, documented check results and maintained consecutive house cleaning under and around the 9 machines
•(Sample collector) Retrieved 10 bottles (one per row) every hour from conveyor table at QA station. Visually inspect bottles, load into mini-lab checking for unseen defects, when required, performed a manual pressure test on 10 bottles from set, document all defects and pressure test results, monitor SAP modules
•Retrieved 4 sample bottles every 2 hours to take too the plants main lab, inserted the bottles into a computerized machine that checked the coating and density of the bottles to ensure a standard range. Documented range results and notified supervisor when out of range
•Investigations preformed when several defects are detected or pressure test results are out of spec.

•(Lab sample collector and tester) Retrieved pre-cut rubber samples every 2 hours from various departments (IPQA) around plant using a three wheel bicycle with a basket attached to it
•Cut pre-cut samples into silver dollar size discs using manually operated rubber cutting machine
•Loaded discs into several slotted trays and inserted the trays into a computerized machine,
•Monitored, documented results, repeating steps if results failed and were inadequate for standards, reported all failed results to lab leader, log in CAPA, and entered all written data at end of shift

With packing line clearance, visually checked in totes of tablets, literature, cartons, packers, labels, and various components brought on/to line
Keyed in settings and made adjustments to machines, monitor (SAP) modules, loaded components, started and ran machines, performed troubleshooting and in-process sample checks in machine
When run is finished, broke down machines, using lock-out/tag-out, blow down machines carefully checking inside and outside of machines, and performed a second inspection of entire line (by a different operator)
Transferred hopper parts onto a large wheel cart and push to the cleaning room, separated parts, hand washed with alcohol and placed in a sink for a sterilizing sauna wash (set timer)
Washed cart with purified hot water and returned cleaned parts to cart, transported cart with parts into the drier (set timer). When dry, covered whole cart with parts with plastic sheets and/or return cart with parts back to the line. Proceed to help other team-mates in mopping, wiping down walls and wiping entire line of machines with alcohol, reassemble machines
General pharmaceutical stability knowledge; created files in TRIM (Total Record information Management System) log in CAPA
