Job description

The company designs and manufacture high voltage motors and generators which are largely custom made with vast range of engineering concepts incorporated in its product. The product features include:

Manufacturing electrical motors and generators based on IEC Standards

Developing new line motors and generators

Motors – Applications : Prime movers for pumps & compressors.

Generators – Applications : Hydro generators, Turbo generators, Aero generators.

Title:

Design of Mechanized Rotator for Cylindrical Objects

Description:

The aim of the project is to design a mechanized rotator to rotate or position the cylindrical jobs for circumferential welding & machining or for intricate assemblies in oil and gas pipe, wind towers, enormous pressure vessels and rocket tanks.

The major drawback of existing rotator models is that a common rotating axis is not maintained the same for cylindrical jobs of varying diameter.

The aim is to design a mechanized rotator which will overcome the above drawback and maintain a common rotating axis.

Major Project

Title:

Design optimization of a Material Handling Vertical Lifting Fixture used for handling Rocket tanks.

Description:

The project work is to optimize the design of a material handling fixture used for handling rocket tanks at IPRC/ISRO, Mahendragiri.

The project work is to reduce the weight of the fixture, at the same time retain its strength by altering the design.
