• Utilizing my business skill set, after numerous other start-ups, incorporated and developed the strategic direction of the company along with creation of a detailed business and marketing plan. Presented business opportunity to Angel and Venture capital (VC) investors for major funding.

• Worked to develop product packaging/design, selection of co-packer and monitoring of manufacturing process, along with selection and development company facilities, distribution channels, and sales team.

• Managed lengthy Whole Food Markets approval process for sale of Angry Angel in their south region stores. Product is #1 selling natural energy drink in all stores sold. Currently in negations for nationwide distribution.

• Worked with key Directors and VPs to define Engineering Project Tracking system requirements, specifications, and organizational charter. Presented project scope/plan and ROI to Executives for buy-in and establishment of a tools organization within Central Engineering

• Directed 14 employees for the development and maintenance of a web based project tracking system utilized by more than 2,000 Cisco Systems employees. Managed cost, schedule, and performance activities
