Condition monitoring for two SOLAR® MARS-100 Gas turbines, two MANTURBO centrifugal compressors type: RB45-7, two Dresser Rand Air Compression and drying facilities, Two GENERON® Nitrogen Production facilities.
Troubleshooting of any up normal phenomena in the turbine various systems, compressor DGS, compressor and turbine engine instrumentation issues and controller and control logic issues, creating corrective maintenance plan, and performing maintenance accordingly.
Periodic maintenance planning and performing including SOLAR® MARS-100 Gas turbines engine exchange and MANTURBO compressor bundle replacement and Dry Gas seal replacement.
Both gas turbine and centrifugal compressor performance calculation and monitoring
Warehouse management, spare parts monitoring and purchasing.
Modification management with the cooperation of the OEM of the equipment to satisfy safety operation and production needs.
Supervising operation of the equipment to assure safe operation and to maximize production rates.
Managing contractors including: External Man power, lifting operations, OEM, vibrations analysis, lube oil analysis.

Performed under supervision of RGT representative a modification to the power turbine vibration monitoring system which included adding new redundant vibration probes
Participated in a control system retrofit which included replacing the relay based control system with a STEP 7-400 PLC, commissioning of the new system [cold loop, hot loop], total fuel system upgrade
