I am presently cleared to the Secret (Level II) standard by the Federal Government. Some of my previous certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco CCNA and I presently hold CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+ and Security+ certifications. With over ten years of experience in the server environment, I have an excellent understanding of server hardware installation and troubleshooting. I have detailed knowledge of HP Proliant servers, SCSI subsystems such as SANS, tape libraries and RAID disk array configuration and operation. I have many years of experience with Windows and Linux-based platforms using TCP/IP and related services. Execute change management requests for Federal Government users including hardware / software and various devices within NCR Region and record actions in HP Service Manager (SM7).

Qualify requests to see if necessary approvals have been provided on a case by case basis.

Assign requests to various support centres within NCR Region.

Create new user network accounts, ensuring that they are placed in the correct OU within NDS and AD, with correct home drive assignments and user templates, create new e-mail accounts using ETI and Exchange Management Tools.
