Potomac Psychological Center - Ashburn, VA - September 2013 to Present Responsibilities include handling all new client phone calls, pairing clients with the appropriate provider, keeping track of all 28 provider's schedules and availability for new clients, verifying all new client insurance benefits, trouble shooting insurance denials and assisting the office manager in various tasks.
