Job duties entailed, opening and closing the office. Filed, faxed, and scanned

Important information for all of the agents. I typed up important information,

as in transaction reports, deal sheets, updated what homes were available or

ones that were in contract. Ordered office supplies, ordered for sale or sold signs for homes. Placed service calls if there was trouble with the signs. All information was put into database, and system, on a routine basis, and other data entry information as needed. I was also the switchboard operator for the office, and all calls were routed properly and efficiently. When agents were out in the field, I would text them if they had calls, or if they were needed as well.

General office duties-faxing, filing, copying, scanning, and Switchboard operator. Input patient files into the computer system. Basic data entry. Helped the patients if needed, into the rooms to be treated, offered drinks, escorted them to bathrooms. New patients had to fill out forms, giving important information. Taking payments, made new appointments each day and called patients to remind them that they have an appointment for the following day. Every day began with a short meeting. When the office closed, myself and some other employees straightened up all areas of the office as needed.

I would setup a meeting between them. Basic data entry and general office duties

as needed, such as filling, faxing, copying and etc.
