Present President Engineering Wilson Defense Systems. Formed Wilson Defense Systems (WDS) with CJ Wilson. Company designs and manufactures Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for military use. WDS has a complete line of small UAVs for various reconnaissance missions. Daylight and nighttime missions with advanced FLIR capability. All have autonomous navigation capability. UAVS are designed for missions based on payload and flight time. All are electric to avoid detection.

Responsible for systems test and integration of Comms/Relays electronic payloads on board

ScanEagle UAV. Comms/Relays team is responsible for designing, integrating and delivering payloads aboard UAV’s as required by Naval Special Operations department. 2010 is a Communication Relay for Naval SpecOps. Funded for 2011-- Design and integration of autonomous intelligence for swarming UAVS to prioritize visual real time targets.

2009 Mar 2010 Labview programming to instrument hydrogen power cells for Renewable energy lab, this Includes field-point sensors in the MAX/Labview environment. These fuel cells are future remote renewable power for remote power on NAWC ranges.

2009 Medically inactive for 3 months for back surgery

2006-2008 Instrumentation engineer WSL. Responsible for test plans and requirements specifically in the instrumentation plan. Responsible for taking instrumentation requests project engineers and producing instrumentation sensor lists. Once sensor lists were approved, responsible for procuring sensors and instrument test articles (thermocouples, pressure transducers, strain gauges, flow meters, etc). Execution of tests, acquisition and data reduction, helping contractors in understanding data, producing final data production reports for delivery to customer were additional responsibilities. Responsible for setting up and operation of various test equipment for the execution of a given test, this would include the use O-scopes, precision meters, instrumentation amplifiers, and digital data acquisition equipment. Various circuit development and design was required for test equipment that was not commercially available. Alter and Xilinx VHDL and FPGA development was completed

2004-2006 GPS INS Subject expert for Joint Strike Fighter Program. Led several flight tests using surrogate aircraft from the NAVY and AIR FORCE resources. Tests were classified. Worked with VX 31 on T39 Flight test plans, Mod requests. Worked Flight Test plan from contractor through 4.0P clearance process Worked with contractor on integration of navy systems on surrogate pods and on to Aircraft. This required Test plan writing and approval. Processed Mod requests and analysis with NAWC AD. Flight Test plans and Moods were Joint Air Force and Navy. Attended and participated in test plan meetings at Edwards AFB(Strike Eagle). Attended and participated in meetings at NAWC WD (VX 31) for Safety review and test plan reviews.

2001-2004 Joint Advance Missile Instrumentation(JAMI) system. Responsible for the Ground station that calculated real-time missile TSPI and displayed real time position on Range control screens. Integrated commercial Air Force software with Navy systems. Responsible for Inertial testing GPS integration and test. During Flight tests was responsible for running real time data acquisition systems including de-commentators. Integrated 3rd party GPS software for post test truth data into system. Integrated JAMI firmware on Tomahawk block III airframes and worked the flight test out of both NAWC Pt. Mug and NAWC China Lake. Responsible for reducing data to extract differential GPS truth. Integrated system on AIM 9 body and flew on F/A-18 aircraft I was in Range Control for all flights Weapons and Aircraft controlling data input

1994-2001 GPS systems engineering. Designed several GPS Jamming suites for use by all DOD services using Labview. Designed Targeting GPS based system for Navy SEALs Fallon NAS. Integrated GPS satellite simulator in to the NAV lab. Participated on analysis teams dedicated to wayward GPS weapons in IRAQI theater. Performed most of the national testing on GPS 2000 rollover problem.
