7/2013 - Present: Acting as Product Owner at Next Kickoff s.r.o - Czech Republic Prague: NextKickoff is a Startup, We are always in experimentation and learning mode. Lots of Learnings. In the past, We have tested and experimented ideas and products in multi-sided eCommerce and Offer Management Systems, Online Education, Project Management and enterprise solutions, Sport Social Media and Fan Based Networks. In the Past 2 years our focus was around knowledge workers workspace. We are probing, sensing and responding continuously (Well, as much as we can) to find emerging ideas or novel practices at knowledge workers domain. My Main focus is to find empowering innovations in services, business models and technological products and evaluate our capabilities, assemble team, test and execute, meet potential users and partners and attend related conferences and events. 4/2015 - Present: Lead Project Manager & Agile Coach (Contractor) at Actum s.r.o - Czech Republic, Prague: Leading & Coaching a team of Agile project managers (my team grew from 6 people to 13 in Q1 & 2 of 2016 and will grow to 18 by end of the year), I work with various clients based on different Lean/Agile Project Management Process Frameworks (e.g. Kanban, SCRUM, DAD). I also work closely with different departments in transforming Actum to a Lean and Agile organisation. Coaching is the main day to day activity, I help and work with project team members and clients on Agile & Lean Values, Principles and Practices. Beside Coaching and Leading a team of 13 Agile Project Managers, I also act as Scrum Master for two teams at the moment. Since, I started this role:

• I helped Actum to completely transform to a Lean & Agile organisation with continues improvement in all areas of the company.

• Such a transformation allowed the company to create a reliability competitive edge (all projects on time with satisfied customers)

• Such a competitive advantage and the fact that the company was able to present itself as an agile organisation, allowed us to win several large projects and scale further

• Currently (Q2 2016), we are growing more than 100% and in many departments over 300%

9/2013 - 4/2015: Acting as Project Director (Contractor) at RedFuse Communication - Prague, Czech Republic: Responsible for all digital and offline projects at RedFuse Prague Office for EMEA clients (+25 countries and growing). Added to my daily project management activities, I am also responsible to establish an integrated project management office (PMO) across all partner agencies and all efforts, a centralised project governance in Prague office for EMEA region. As part of the integration efforts and continues improvement activities;

• I have managed to implement Kanaban for creative and account team in Prague (20 people). As result visibility of work load increased dramatically and bad multi tasking reduced. 7/2011 to 9/2013: Senior Digital Project Manager (Contractor) at RedFuse Communications & Actum Member of WPP - Czech Republic: Initiating and managing digital projects, in a multi-project-multi-sponsor environment, for EMEA clients, with a distributed team of more than 30 people located in 6 countries and three time zones. My other responsibilities are defining scope, estimating level of effort and budget, monitoring and controlling budget across teams, managing risk, and communicating with stakeholders across EMEA region. 10/2009 to 7/2011: Project Manager & Marketing Consultant (Contractor) at The University of Northern Virginia - Prague Campus, Czech Republic: I joined the UNVA team as a consultant and got responsibility for various briefs as Project Manager and Senior Marketing Executive. Among the projects that I initiated and I was involved in were: Preparing and executing marketing plan (online and offline campaigns), and increased recruitment performance by more than 100%; Planning and Implementing the Academic Quality Enhancement Plan based on EQUIS and SACS accreditation standards; Implementing new IT Infrastructure (Designing and Developing new series of University websites; Implementing Google Apps for Education as one of the first Universities outside of USA; Replacing the previous email system to improve communication and collaboration between students, faculty and staff; Updating University computers and network system; Implementing university web based ERP system, CAMS) ; Planning and implementing student services and re-organising Student Council to increase engagement and student participation.

5/2009 – 8/2009: Project Management & Business Analysis (Contractor) at iMagic – Prague, Czech Republic: I have helped iMagic, a local software development company in Czech republic, to improve their Project Management, Software Development and Support Processes to be able to expand to other international markets.

4/2008 to 5/2009: During this period, I was starting a new business, which I had to terminate after a couple of months due to 2008 financial crisis and lack of project funding. The business was related to a complex real estate website across different regions. 12/2005 - 4/2008: Co-founder & Consultant at 24/7 Consultancy – Cyprus, Kyrenia; A company with new business model for international Real Estate Market with focus on digitalisation of real estate market. We were a team of five generalise-specialists working on transforming online real estate market and providing a digital platform to individual clients, investors, property developers and Real Estate Agents across the globe. Our offices in Kyrenia and Dubai, focused on providing real estate investment solutions to investors and buy-to-let clients. Later, we expand our portfolio and partners to south Cyprus, Turkey, Croatia, UAE, Morocco, Brazil, and Central Europe. During this time and added to all other operational activities, I consulted client on real estate projects from 200,000 USD to over 10,000,000 USD. 9/2004 - 12/2005 Real Estate Consultant (Contractor), REMAX Golden Estate Agency Ltd - Kyrenia, Cyprus: During my studies in northern Cyprus. I joined Remax as an independent real estate consultant. However, It was a good chance for me to improve my communication skills as well as business related competencies. I had to create my own marketing plan, develop my own website and attract my own customers. I soon become one of the best in our team of consultants and Realtors and got several bounces. 8/2002 - 8/2004: Project Manager and Software Developer (Co-Founder) at MTA Ltd: I initiated MTA due to the availability of new IT infrastructure governmental funds for organizations and the urge to upgrade IT infrastructure in 2002 in Iran. I led several medium to large size projects: Manufacturing in-house built ERP Systems to Networking Infrastructure projects (from 500 active nodes projects to over 6000 active nodes projects - LAN & WAN). As a multidisciplinary person, I led projects and worked as analyst and programmer in ERP development projects

(mainly Accounting and Inventory systems).
