It uses a sensor to detect the block of wood and sending the signal to the stepper motor the drilling action is carried out

Vortex tube as a mini-project for fluid mechanics

Fabrication and demonstration of the working of a vortex tube

Modelling, design and analysis of cam and follower as mini-project for CAD/CAM/CAE

Roller cam and follower model was created using SOLIDWORKS by the basic needs of an engine, ANSYS was used for FEA analysis generating detailed information about stress strain, displacement, etc. Transferring the model to MASTERCAM to generate the CNC codes

CFD analysis of draft tube for Kaplan turbine as a mini-project for Computational fluid dynamics

ANSYS fluent was used for fluid flow simulation

BE PROJECT - Evacuated tube solar collector

Design Analysis and Testing of evacuated tube solar collector with parabolic concentrator to achieve a high temperature and efficiency than existing collectors with cost reduction.
