Manufacturing Supervisor – Quality: (July 2015 to present)
In this temporary assignment I collaborated with Supplier Quality/Tactical Engineers to improve FPY (First Past Yield) and identify any/ all defect and drive them back to root cause. We successfully went from 64% to 75 in the past month.
Manufacturing Supervisor – Materials: (2008 to July 2015)
As a materials supervisor, responsible for shipping and receiving activity throughout the plant on off shift.. Direct, train, coordinate and standardize material related activities within department. Supervise up to 35 union employees to ensure parts availability and on time delivery for production assembly lines. Monitor time and attendance, overtime solicitation, job bidding and grievance procedures. Supervise cycle count coordinator, monitors cycle count process for plant general. I’ve also acted as an assembly line supervisor as needed. Collaborate with the Safety department to ensure all safety issues are compliant and addressed in a timely manner and perform daily huddles to share department communications in a timely manner.
2012-2013 – I was selected to support GME as a “Super User Trainer” for Physical Inventory and Auto Supply to Production.

Monitored dock to stock process, prepared backorder reports to anticipate shortages. Released production waves for picking, monitored cycle count process for plant general, provided direction to cycle count coordinator and acted as back up when needed. Performed as backup supervisor for vacations, meetings and absenteeism across all shifts.
