Provided much needed communication across shifts while driving employee involvement and improving morale.
Coordinated $2MM dam rebuild to supply process river water to facility. Work with various state environmental departments for permitting.
Identified and drove improvements related to on site waste water treatment plant. Reduced WWTP operating costs and implemented improvements in timely and DEP friendly/well communicated manner that avoided state fines.

Spearheaded engineering support in a medical product / supply manufacturing unit generating $150,000,000 annually for a diversified multibillion-dollar corporation. Controlled a $4,000,000 budget. Led all capital initiatives. Directed facilities and maintenance managers, engineers and technicians with oversight for calibration, validation, packaging, graphic design and safety.
Transformed the engineering team into a customer service group; worked with R&D and delivered a new UV cured sensor gel product to market on time and in budget. (2005-2007)
