RESPONSIBILITIES

Witness of WPS, PQR, WQT according to the AWS D1.1, ASME SEC IX.

Inspecting components with reference to the codes and standards like AWS D1.1, ASME SEC IX, VIII,V and customer requirements pertaining to the projects

Evaluating the soundness of welds using NDT Techniques like RT, UT, PT, MT witness and witness of PWHT, Hydro test…

Shot blasting, sand blasting process and painting inspection and monitoring atmospheric conditions.

Inspection, performance testing and also conducting surveillance audit in engineering industry.
