Evaluate and resolve customer nominations and requests, at both the receipt and delivery locations, as well as any other customer inquiries.

Review and “approve” daily imbalances, and develop plan to resolve prior to end-of-month.

Assist Commercial, Engineering, and Operations personnel in issues that may arise.

Through customer contact, recognize and communicate commercial opportunities to commercial asset management and/or business development personnel.
