Job Description: HOTEL & BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR

- Direct reporting to the managing Director.

- Handles 27 subordinates such as 11 security guard, 5 maintenance personnel, 5

gardener, 5 houseman and bookkeeper.

- Responsible for the day-to-day general administration of the hotel & building.

- Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations

including access control/security, alarms, opening, and parking.

- Initiate review and recommend power conservation to help the management cost reduction.

- Supervise all renovation/repair/construction of the building/units and to ensure that the timeline

of assigned project will meet.

- To ensure all the punchlist of the project and set weekly/monthly meeting with contractor and to

ensure they will finish it before the final completion & acceptance.

- As safety officer, I make sure that all contractors will observe the safety, environment & health

during their works by wearing proper uniform, PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).

- As part of safety compliance I recommend and approved to upgrade our FDAS (Fire Detection

and Alarm System) rehab fire sprinkler, installed CCTV, Fire & Jockey Pump operated and

annual refilling of fire extinguisher.

- Facilitate and provide training/seminar requirements such as fire seminar/drill,

earthquake drill, modus operandi seminar and any safety & security related.
