Administers the Recruitment, Selection and Hiring Process.

Conducts Orientation of new employees.

Prepares and Employee Performance Evaluation

Evaluates and analyze Employee Performance Evaluation from respective Supervisor.

Monitors the Training plan for the year and researches, plans, organizes training programs, seminars, and conferences for clerical, supervisory, technical, and lower-level management personnel.

Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids; sets up audiovisual equipment and makes presentations when necessary.

Writes Incident reports and Corrective Action to Sub-contractors.

Writes Formal Incident Letter to Customers, Suppliers, and Trucking Contractor.

Updates and monitor summary of Trainings and Seminars, Incident report and Applicants.

Updates Training Records and 201 file of employees.
