In charge of customer service follow-up on any complaints. Responsible for employee performance appraisals, attendance, and training. Worked in Yokosuka, Japan for 2 1/2 years as a Supervisor performing Telecommunications Communications. Worked at Naval Station San Diego when Operation Desert Storm was in effect. Received a Medal of Defense for the Telecommunications that our Center provided. Worked with other military employees from Submarines, Ships, and the Japanese Military. Worked at two Telecommunications Centers for 3 years in San Diego, CA.
